- Online payments by MB WAY and Multibanco on the month-end statement, into your ifthenpay account: the service is marked as received by itself
- A month-end statement for each client, sent on the 1st, with a reminder
- The client's NIF and the fatura number of each service, in the export for your accountant

Frequently asked questions
Do I need Premium to work on dogwalking.pt?
No. Your profile, owners' requests, the calendar and reports are free. You only pay the credit fee when you win a new client through the site. Premium is for walkers with many regular clients.
How do the included credits work?
Each paid month, 25 credits go into your account. You use them for new-client fees, like the credits you buy. The ones you do not use stay in your account. The launch offer's free months give you the tools, but not the credits.
How do I pay? Does it renew by itself?
You pay by MB WAY or bank transfer from your account, and we confirm the payment. There is no automatic renewal: we remind you before it ends and you decide whether to renew.
What is the "Book with me" link?
An address of your own for Instagram, WhatsApp or a card. Whoever books through that link is your own client: there is no introduction fee.
What if I stop Premium?
Nothing is lost: clients, reports, packs and statements stay in your account. Weekly plans stop booking new walks and, above 5 own clients, you cannot add more until you return to Premium.
Do online payments go through dogwalking.pt?
No. You open an ifthenpay account in your own name and the money goes straight from the client to you. The contract and the fees are between you and ifthenpay. dogwalking.pt only shows the "Pay now" button and marks the service as received when the payment is confirmed.
Do owners pay more because I have Premium?
No. dogwalking.pt is always free for owners, and Premium does not change your place in the directory.
