No monthly fee. You only pay when you gain a new client.
Your profile, the app and the clients who are already yours: free. When you accept a new client who found you on dogwalking.pt, you pay a small introduction fee, in credits, once.

Introduction fee

You pay once per client, on the first booking. The amount depends on that booking; later ones with the same client cost nothing.

Seeing the request and asking the owner 1 question is free; credits are charged when you accept.

You pay when you accept a new client, and you know the price first. No surprises and no disputes.

With no automatic refunds, nobody can agree a cancellation to dodge the fee. That is why prices are low.

44 of the 50 launch-offer places for the first approved walkers are left. After that, the same missions give 13 credits.
- Bonus credits are valid for 90 days from your first request from a new client: they are not lost while you wait for that first client.
- Invite another walker: you get 10 credits when they become Verified.

What a client with regular walks costs
A new client asks for walks three times a week, at 12 € each: about 156 € a month for you, paid directly by her. The introduction costs 6 credits (about 6 €), once. Every later walk with her costs nothing.

Frequently asked questions
Do owners pay more because of this?
No. The price is yours and the owner pays you directly. dogwalking.pt takes no share of your walks.
Do I pay for clients who were already mine?
No. Invite them from your account (Clients): they are linked to you and never cost an introduction fee.
When does it count as regular walks?
When the client's first booking has 6 or more walks or visits, spread over at least 14 days. A shorter booking counts as a one-off request.
Do credits expire?
The ones you buy, never. Bonus credits (missions and invitations) are valid for 90 days from your first request from a new client.
What if the client cancels after I accept?
The credits do not come back, because you have seen the client's contact details; the cancellation is recorded on the client and walkers see it on later requests.
If something serious happened (a fake client, the owner did not show up or answer, the dog very different from its profile), send a written refund request in the Credits tab, up to 14 days after accepting. The team checks and decides.
What are open requests?
Owners who have not chosen a walker yet describe what they need, and walkers in the area who offer that service are told. Replying costs 2 credits and only 3 can reply to each request. If the owner chooses you, the credits come back.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. If you stop using dogwalking.pt, you pay nothing. The credits you bought stay in your account.
